Reduce your FAME subscription

Organization administrators can reduce their description at any time, before or after their cut-off date or contract.

For example, administrators can reduce the number of licences before their contract end date. 

1. Access your FAME Admin account
2. Click on Add Licenses to see the pricing information.
3. Click on Billing
4. Select Renewal Options
5. Select Reduce my Contract (Read the information regarding your contract end date)
6. Enter the new number of licences
7. Confirm by pressing the Apply Changes button
