FAME teachers have the ability to reset their students credentials, in order to do so, please follow these steps:
How to change my learner's username
- Access FAME with your teacher account
- Select the Learners menu
- Click on the name of the learner you wish to update
- Find the Gear icon on the top
- On the side panel, select the user icon with a pencil
- Enter the new username. Make sure it is one word, no spaces or special characters are accepted
How to change my learner's password
- Access FAME with your teacher account
- Select the Learners menu
- Click on the name of the learner you wish to update
- Find the Gear icon on the top
- On the side panel, select the lock icon
- Enter the new password and confirm the password. Make sure it is one word, no spaces or special characters are accepted
